Hi guys,
I would like to invite all of you to join us in this first of many weekly challenges. These weekly challenges are great tools to take us a step closer to our goals of becoming fit, healthy, sexy and strong. They will keep us focused and committed while creating definition to different parts of our bodies.
Every week we will challenge ourselves to do short challenge workout that will target a certain part of our bodies. We will commit to fitting the workout in our schedules no matter what and reap the rewards of our consistence and persistence. These exercises will be designed in such a way that you will be able to carry them out anywhere anytime. At the end of the week I will show you how I was able to carry them out and all the obstacles that I had to overcome. We will also have some before and after footage.
This week we will be focusing on our legs. We will do squats- starting with 50 squats and we will be adding 10 squats every day such that at the end of the week which is 7 days from now we will squat for a total of 120. We will do different squats every day to keep it fun and interesting.
